DCS Brazil Country Manager
Serving as the first DCS Brazil Country Manager, a significant step in DCS’s (Dell Commerce Services) evolution to be a global destination of choice for End User solutions, Enterprise solutions, Services and Software and attracts new, viable and repeat customers through personalized Omni-channel excellence.
This means an expansion of my current role in which I manage a team within DCS Site Operations group driving online deliverables both in-region and around the globe. In my expanded role, I will be responsible for the following:
• Represent DCS (dell.com) in local leadership councils to help drive acceleration of omni-channel initiatives. Similarly, represent Brazil in global DCS leadership forums.
• Drive engagement of DCS team members across teams and locations (e.g. town halls, brown bags).
• Drive and reinforce the Caring Leader tenets. Support career development, coaching initiatives and provide mentorship.
• Lead Great Place to Work initiatives at the site (community/volunteer work; recognition and other celebration events).
